Tuscany Cottage adult family home

Tuscany Cottage Adult Family Home is licensed by the state of Washington for 6 residents and must pass unplanned, thorough yearly inspections to retain its license.   

  The home has 6 private bedrooms with beautiful views, a private gathering room for families, and outside visiting areas on the back patio and front porch. 

All of our staff are either HCA- or CNA-certified and are delegated specific tasks by a nurse. 

The Geriatrics team at Confluence comes out to our facility for appointments, as well as physical or occupational therapists, as needed. We partner with Doane's Pharmacy in Cashmere for our medication management.

Our facility has in-depth experience working with Dementia, Alzheimer's, stroke care, other neurological conditions,  general physical ailments of aging, and end-of-life care, which includes working with Hospice.
